Customer rights during the warranty period

If a product breaks while you still have a warranty on it, we will first try to repair or replace it. If we are unable to do this within a reasonable period of time, we will reimburse you (part of) the purchase amount. What qualifies as a reasonable term depends onyour complaint and the type of product. A repair or subsequent delivery of a missing part within the warranty period will cost you nothing.

Replacing product

If we you are unable to repair the defective item within a reasonable time, we will offer you a new, equivalent item. We will also advise you if it is cheaper to repair or have a subsequent missing part delivered. Delivering a replacement product within the warranty period will cost you nothing. The purchase price of the replacement product may differ from the price of the original product; the difference will not be charged or paid to you.

Part of the purchase amount reimbursed

We will refund a portion of the purchase price if it took an unreasonably long or much longer time to repair your product than previously specified, unless this is stated in time.

Options after the warranty period

You are no longer entitled to a warranty if the product has broken within its economic life. We will still be happy to help you if the product has broken through no fault of your own. You will pay for the repair costs, if the economic life of the item is extended by a repair or replacement. The more the economic life is extended, the greater the part of the repair costs you contribute.
